Robot Controller Boards

This is a selection of DIY controller boards designed for use with the robots I've built. The following are links to their pages here.

There are lots of circuit boards available to the DIY constructor, either with an inbuilt microprocessor or with a socket for one, but for me they frequently lack the right connections, take up to much space or lack the basic functions I want at the time, needing me to buy an extra addon hat or expansion.

These controller boards are meant to fill the gap that the commercial boards miss and were made to fill a role in a project bit also be reusable in others. All are built on stripboard, not a dedicated PCB, because this is readily available, doesn't need much other than minimal hand tools to work with and can usually be reworked to a another or changed design without to much trouble.

Most of the boards here all fit my standard size of 62x80mm which isn't arbitrary, but is intended to be swapped between the many robots I build. Some are smaller to fit with build needs such as the Robot Wheelchair but then they tend not to be reused.
